Terms & Conditions of Booking
- Bookings can be made by telephone on +44 (0)1624 844763, e-mail or by letter.
- Any online availability information is for reference only.
Bookings must be confirmed.
- Cheques to be made payable to Michelle Burrow
- Upon receipt of your booking details and
deposit a confirmation letter will be sent and the balance of
the booking price will be due six weeks prior to arrival.
- To cover any risk of cancellation costs it is strongly
recommended you take out holiday insurance. Kimberley House are
not able to give refunds on confirmed bookings. Deposits are
non-refundable.
- The hirer undertakes to keep the premises
and all the furniture, fixtures fittings and effects in or on the
premises in the same state and condition as at the commencement
of the hire, as well as leaving the premises in the same state
of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
- We aim to provide high quality and clean
accommodation for your stay and your co-operation is appreciated
to keep it this way.
- There is Freeview to all apartments, but
subject to restricted quality prior to the digital switch over
on the island in 2008/2009
- Any damages, breakages or losses are the
responsibility of the hirer.
- Baggage, personal belonging and their
vehicles are at the risk of the hirer at all times. Mr & Mrs
Burrow accept no liability for any loss, damage, sickness or
injury howsoever caused, which may be sustained during the
holiday period to the hirer or any member of their party.
- The letting period is from 3pm on the day
of arrival to 10am on the day of departure. Arrangements can be
made for the storage of baggage, if required. If you need to
stay in your apartment after 10am, You will be charged for the
extra day.
- Access is allowed for Mr & Mrs Burrow
into the accommodation at any reasonable time.
- Sorry, no pets and smoking is not allowed
anywhere within the accommodation.
- No other people than those on the booking
details are allowed in the accommodation.
- Consideration at all times to be given to
other guests and neighbours especially late at night or early in
the morning.
- The accommodation price includes linen
and towels, electricity and heating but not beach towels.
- Mr & Mrs Burrow reserve the right to
terminate the accommodation agreement, with no refund if the
level of behaviour is not acceptable.
